Mario Maker is set to be a big title for Nintendo this holiday season and to reinforce this the company will be spending a lot of time showcasing the creative title at E3 next week. The news comes direct from Nintendo Canada general manager Pierre-Paul Trepanier who is clearly privy to such information. No doubt there will be time spent on other rumoured titles such as Paper Mario Wii U and Animal Crossing Wii U and a Diddy Kong game.
“At E3 we’ll be spending a lot of time on Mario Maker”

Cool… I guess… any chance of seeing something new this year or are we going to elaborate on the things we saw last year?
There’re a lot of rumors flying around, from what Sickr mentions at the end of the entry to Metroid and even F-Zero (then again, when don’t we have rumors about those?)
There’s also that new Platinum game, which could be a Wii U exclusive.
Mario Maker vil voldta dem… VOLDTA!!!
Jeg håper da ikke det…
Please no… I want to hear more about Star Fox U and many of the other games.
I’m looking forward to Mario Maker but don’t make the whole conference about it.
I’m pretty sure nobody gives too much fuck about this game.
This is not this kind of sanboxy Mario games that we want, we want good, original games. Get it Nintendo ffs -_-
Yet you’ll say Little Big Planet is the best thing ever….
I do. I’ll never have to buy another 2D Mario after this game.
Surely they don’t mean a lot of the time of the Digital Event, surely! Maybe they mean in stuff like the Nintendo Treehouse streams or something. I mean there’s just doesn’t seem like there’s much more to show for Mario Maker, I wanna hear about other games.
This is seriously disappointing.
Surely they don’t mean they will spend a lot of time of the Digital Event on it, maybe they mean the Nintendo Treehouse streams or something. Surely, I mean I’m excited for Mario Maker but I want to see other the games there.
Its cool but I want more time on other games its prolly fun but not interesting to watch talk about it
I’m not crazy about Mario Maker. I rather hear about what Platinum and Retro has up their sleeve.
Hopefully not too much of the digital event time on this game. I want to hear more about Star Fox and Fatal Frame
>>>They can spend all the amount of irrelevant time at E3 about it as long as it’s the Treehouse part and not the main event>>>
I REALLY don’t want to see the Digital event wasting their time on this or any ther game that’s been revealed unless it’s a game we barely seen like Starfox. Give already revealed titles a spot in the Treehouse, and everything else attention.
While I do plan to buy Mario Maker when it releases (after all, it’s MARIO), I still have a hard time figuring out how the fun will last in it? I mean, it could only be so fun just building your own Mario stages and playing them. That’s like if Smash Bros. only featured a stage builder, and nothing else. It’s not going to feel like much of a game. But I’ll still try to enjoy it for what it’s worth.
E3 better have mostly new games or as someone mentioned, games we’ve barely heard anything about. If Nintendo thinks they can show a bunch of stuff we saw last E3 and that’s it, a lot of people are gonna be pissed.
Mario marker sounds like a kiddie sissy game Big boys play Play staion u sissys
