A Square Enix shareholder asked whether or not a remake of Final Fantasy XV would be possible on the original Nintendo Switch system. Square Enix replied by saying that it’s not impossible and is “under consideration,” presumably to shut the shareholder up. If you remember we did get an edition of Final Fantasy XV on the original Nintendo Switch, but it was the Pocket Edition.

There are hardware constraints, but from a specification standpoint it is not completely impossible, so it is under consideration.
I bet they are talking about the pocket edition of FF15.
I think XV and XVI are definitely coming to Switch 2 eventually, but uh…a remake of XV for Switch 1? This guy sounds confused lol
I thinl he meant Switch in general probably 2 and who knows “remake” not sure what he means there he could mean port or actually mean remake given the success 15 had and feel a remake of 15 is more warranted than 7. Crazy it’s been over 10 years since the release. If they remake it I always felt Nomura should do his version as Versus 13 and Tabata do a proper 15 complete no movies or stuff needed.
