Super Smash Bros For Wii U And Nintendo 3DS Commercial Highlights New DLC

This DLC is so overpriced compared to MK8 DLC, MK8 gave more value with less imo.
Agree
Agreed. I still love it though, and I actually found out how much I payed after I bought it and I was like ‘what? €16?!?!’
How much?
Over priced? What the fuck are you? Poor? It only costs measly dollars for everything.
$12.00
Maybe where you are from, but to buy it all where I’m from, it costs more than the game itself (inc wave 1)
everything wii u only from pack 2 costs like 30.81 euro pack one cost like 10 the normal game cost 60 euro
I do think the DLC is overpriced, especially for those wanting literally all the DLC
>>>So lost, but what to say about young human children>>>
Coming from a confused child, that’s not funny. It wasn’t clever or funny to begin with but you know, gotta get your lil jab in there when you can CAPTAIN.
>>>You should join ISIS, you’d feel at home with those barbaric primitive beyond outdated apes that makes stupidity look smart>>>
You should take your weak ass replies and bullshit back to the scrap pile worm
Its probably different for a kid like you who uses still parents money.
All MK8 DLC costed was 12euros, it had 16 tracks, new chracters and vehicles. A fucking Ryu and that castle stage costed almost 4 fucking euros. 1 fucking character and that Smash DLC pack was like 20-30 euros. So yeah MK8 gives more value with less, its simple mathematics for us who have finished school already.
I use my own fucking money so comment irrelevant. Simple mathematics? Do you mean like the mathematics of the fucking poor. Can’t waste fucking $12 or 20.00 on dlc it seems.
What the fuck are you? Rude? You want to pay our bills and take care of us bro?
Dude. The fans of Smash badgered Sakurai until he finally caved in, giving us DLC. We wanted it, so we are gonna have to pay for it. It takes tens of more hours to create a friggin Smash character than a staticky animated track. Plus, there are hours of balancing patches applied to the characters to make them able to hold their own instead of getting their ass whipped or whipping ass.
Of course it will be expensive. Grow a pair and save up for it using your minimum wage job, like I do.
MK8 DLC gave you new characters that literally do nothing but sit in a kart. Smash Bros DLC gives you a completely brand new character with an actual usable moveset.
Smash DLC gave you stages that literally do nothing. MK8 DLC gives you a completely brand new set of stages each with unique gameplay elements and visuals.
The games are different, if you want to compare the dlc please don’t compare just characters, as MK8 is about the tracks, and smash is about the characters.
Got em!
Bought it all, $30, don’t regret it.
Please understand, you’ve been ripped off! Nintendo loves you.
It only cost me $15 for all of it. I just got it for the Wii U version and don’t bother with the 3DS version, because… I don’t play that version at all.
Too bad this won’t be showing up in any capacity in the U.K. Because Nintendo NEVER advertises the Wii U here. Heck, even the 3DS get’s little to no advertising…
$8 in Australia just for Ryu on 3ds. It’s an absolute joke but dam he’s so much fun tho. Having 2 smash attacks is so much win
Young me: AWESOME! I love how Nintendo is keeping the game fresh and adding new characters. I’m SO gonna beg my parents to buy me ALL DLC for this.
Current me: Cool to see new characters being added. But just can’t justify paying more money on a game I already paid $60.00 for. Just to play as a new character. And I didn’t even care enough about the game in the first place to even want to unlock everything. Moved on from this game long ago.
Sadly, that’s usually my story for every game that features DLC.
Here we go Nintendo starts milking half of their consumers who are willing ready to pay lot of money for shitty DLCs… I think I will give up on games which give you 1/2 content. And give you the other half 1 day or 1 year after..
But Smash Bros isn’t giving “half of the content” a year later? We got Mewtwo, Lucas, Roy and Ryu and two extra stages (to pay for) and the Miiverse stage for free. (two more DLC stages have been announced however, and characters are definitely thought to be coming in the future).
Before the DLC we had 48 characters (49 counting Miis or 51 if you count each individual Mii fighting style). For stages, we had 43 stages and that isn’t including the Omega variations or the Larger 8 player variations of the stages.
As of right now we have 4 characters DLC out of the 48 that were included in the game and 2 extra stages (3 if you count the one we didn’t have to pay for) out of the 43 that were given to us for the original price of the game.
Even with future DLC, we will still have received more than “half” of the game, as you put it, at the time of the game’s launch.
Smash is filled with content. It has way more than what Brawl had even with the 3DS being developed alongside it. Still, I do think the price is a little high
like
Come on guys it’s not that bad compared to dlc from Sony and microsoft. Plus they work a long time on making these charactets , they should get paid for their hard work. If it’s such a Hassel don’t buy it.
Did anyone else see Ken in the trailer?
P.s people complaining about the price being to high.
Stop bitching, make money, and these little dlc wouldn’t be such a problem for your wallets.. or purses. Haha
Got it all. Loving Lucas, and Roy’s fun too. Haven’t got to try Ryu yet, but I’m excited. :D
