Hot Tin Roof Is Being Considered For Wii U

There’s a possibility that Hot Tin Roof from Glass Bottom Games could come to Wii U. According to the developer, a Wii U port of the game is a possibility. Hot Tin Roof revolves around a private investigator named Emma Jones, whose right-hand man is a fedora-wearing cat. Together they set out on a string of grisly murders, scouring for clues in a 3D side-scrolling world.

“PS4 and XBO are currently in the cards, and we’re looking into Wii U as well,” said Glass Bottom Games’ Megan Fox. “We’re considering a Wii U port, but it’s not set in stone yet.”

  1. Hot Tin Roof sounds like a refreshing change from the usual indie formulas, especially with its detective story and unusual cat sidekick. A Wii U version could have been interesting if the GamePad were used for examining clues or managing evidence. The combination of noir-style mystery and quirky characters gives the game a distinctive identity. It’s also a good reminder that unusual concepts can stand out when developers take creative risks. Even outside gaming, the phrase “hot tin roof” has practical associations, such as roof flashing repair, which makes the title even more memorable.
