Eurogamer List Their Favourite Games Of 2015

We’ve seen quite a few end of year lists and now it is time for European gaming publication Eurogamer to have their say. There’s little in the way of surprises but it’s a solid list which includes Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate for the Nintendo 3DS as well as Splatoon on Wii U. However, it was Bloodborne for the PlayStation 4 which nabbed the top spot. We should see their reader’s favourite games go live on Eurogamer tomorrow so it will be interesting to see how the top ten differs.

1. Bloodborne
2. Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain
3. Splatoon
4. Rocket League
5. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
6. Her Story
7. Invisible, Inc.
8. Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate
9. Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture
10. Life is Strange

  1. Hey, guys, just stopping by to wish a great 2016 to all MNN bloggers and readers!

And have we all great gaming times this year!

  2. I love seeing The Witcher 3 on these lists. It’s one of the best games I’ve played in years. It’s got a great story, great gameplay, and great characters!

  4. Jaded Ridley X3 {I'm not whining, you suckers... *cough* ..poor souls! I've just been driven insane by Nintendo failing me one too many times this gen!}

Uhm. Her Story & Life is Strange are in the wrong spots. Life is Strange should be where Her Story is & Her Story shouldn’t even be on there to begin with.

    1. I just bought Life is Strange on Steam. (Along with Dying Light, Tomb Raider, and all Saints Row 4 DLC lol) I first played the demo on my PS4 and really liked it. Looking forward to playing it.

I was going to get it digitally on my PS4 but then a friend of mine on Facebook who’s played & beaten the game, who was my reason for trying out the demo on the PS4 in the first place, told me that there was a physical release coming out this month with a CD with some of the game’s songs on it. And I liked the song playing during the demo after leaving the classroom & walking through the school to go to the bathroom, so I got that instead. So instead of getting that digitally the other day, I got Toukiden: Kiwami & Assassin’s Creed Syndicate instead using a 20% off code along with more of WO3U DLC. I said fuck it & got the gold edition of Syndicate. (My very first Season Pass & it’s for an Assassin’s Creed game by Ubishit. Go figure, eh. lol) Spent all day yesterday playing Syndicate, too! lol I’ll spend today playing Kiwami once I get off of the computer.

        1. Nice. I played the demo of Toukiden Kiwami and liked it. It’s a great JRPG and reminds me of Monster Hunter. Lots of customization options, weapond, etc. I’ve said this before they JRPGs like that, Tales of Zestiria, and Dragon Quest Heroes are the main reason I preferred the PS4 over the Xbox One. I love those. Haha.

What do you mean reminds you? It pretty much is Monster Hunter! lol Koei Tecmo even made the game with fans of Monster Hunter that only game on PlayStation in mind. The only difference is there are story made characters that can join you on quests if you want them to, the monsters are called demons instead of simply monsters, & the game takes place in Eastern inspired locations.

      1. Well I now it “just” their opinion, but the problem is that unfortunatelly this big sites have a huge influence on games popularity and ultimately sales. Xenoblade Chronicles X DESERVES its recognition so it can grow in popularity which will allow Monolith to take the series to even higher standards.
