The Nintendo NY Store Has Opened An Official Facebook Page

We don’t have to wait much longer to see the new and improved Nintendo store in New York. In the meantime, you can check out the store’s recently-launched Facebook page, which will provide updates regarding event info, news and more. Formerly known as Nintendo World, the Nintendo NY store will reopen this Friday, February 19. Among its new features is a massive, 15-foot gaming screen.

  1. If I ever visit NY, I’ll definitely go there. Sounds cool.

I wish they’d open up more of these stores. But I assume there just isn’t enough demand, or they don’t want to risk spending the money on what could possibly be a waste.

  2. Thank god our almighty lord Reggie has finally given us what we have waited so patiently for!!! Oh wait….nevermind. Serious question…how many people actually follow game companies on Facebook?

  3. Yay! A Facebook page for a store that only a small percent of people actually get to go to. I would say that Nintendo needs to expand these stores and build more locations. But even if they did, I know they would all still be too far away for me to ever go, because they’d most likely build them in big cities. And I live in Nowhereville.

  4. That Mario plushie looks really soft… Like I really wanna hug it XD

I’m kinda surprised there’s only a NY location for this store. There’s Pokémon Centers all over Japan, and they’re always packed. A Nintendo store would do really well.
