SEGA will host an official session at Cannes Lions for Sonic’s 35th anniversary

SEGA has announced it will be holding a special session at the upcoming Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2026 to talk about the evolution of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. This is all part of the company’s Sonic 35th anniversary campaign and will feature Shuji Utsumi and Takashi Iizuka. SEGA will be the first Japanese game company to present at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2026.
