Sonic Frontiers Definitive Edition is turning out to be one of gamings worst kept secrets with copies out on display at retailers which can’t be sold just yet. Those who have been trying to purchase them have been told that they don’t go on sale until 23rd June, which is Sonic’s 35th birthday. It seems likely that the news will be shadow dropped then. SEGA has yet to announce Sonic Frontiers Definitive Edition for the Nintendo Switch 2.

Dude, My Nintendo News is writing something about Sonic because Sonic video games are released on Nintendo consoles.
And? Because the games come out on Nintendo systems, they have to post a new article every time one of the developers blows their nose?
There’s hundreds of games that come out for Switch and Switch 2, where are all the fluff articles that talk about the developers favourite cheese or some bullshit for those games? There’s more articles on here about Sonic than there is for Mario for gods sake.

Sonic has never been good.
I’ll definitely be picking this up. Never played it much when it first came out just a little bit at a buddies place and it was fun but the original switch version didn’t seem to be a good version of it. I heard the free DLC was pretty substantial as well so looking forward to this release.
It would certainly be a definitive edition if it had EZ cheats like kingdom hearts 3.
