  1. Ugh! Birthright? Seriously? Way to tell Intelligent Systems we want more waifu casual Fire Emblem games, UK. Wish it was conquest instead.

    1. Wow. Only two games from anything Nintendo on that top 40 sales list. I figured Star Fox Zero would slowly start to lose sales after it’s release. Just like every other major game on Wii U before it. Yeah. NX can’t get here soon enough. I wish we were getting some damn NX news at E3 next month. Need to know if it has a universal account system with cloud storage, cross buy, cross save, digital transfer of my save data & digital purchases as that shit will be locked to an account, as it should be, instead of the god damn console, & region freedom. Give me those & I MIGHT buy NX day 1.

    2. What do you expect?
Waifushit is the only reason Fire Emblem has even been selling this well to begin with.
If Awakening were not more casualized and did not have waifus, it likely would not have had the broad appeal it did, so naturally the version that has more casualization and GRORIOUS NIPPON WAIFUS is going to sell better than the one that requires genuine effort to beat.

      1. As much as some fans of Fire Emblem that dislike the waifu stuff will hate to hear this, it was bound to happen sooner or later since even before Awakening, supports & the conversations between the two characters that are born from them were a big part of Fire Emblem. It was only a matter of time before the game went further into it. Good news is, like in previous pre-Awakening games, it is still an optional feature.
