US: Advance Wars Dual Strike Coming To Wii U Virtual Console Tomorrow

Thursday is the day that the Nintendo eShop gets updated with a number of goodies and we now know one of the games that will grace the service tomorrow. That game is the critically acclaimed Advance Wars: Dual Strike which was originally released on the Nintendo DS and will come to the Wii U Virtual Console tomorrow. Here’s the description:

On the heels of its last defeat, the nefarious Black Hole Army has fallen under the control of a deadly new commanding officer. He has sent its new COs to attack the nations of Wars World once again, and it’s up to the allied armies of Orange Star, Blue Moon, Yellow Comet and Green Earth to put an end to Black Hole once and for all. Players lead their new Commanding Officers to fend off the Black Hole Army’s latest invasion. With massive battles that sweep across both screens, Advance Wars: Dual Strike will change the face of Dual-Screen warfare forever.

  1. When do we get a new Advance Wars? This franchise could use a boost (though Im still convinced any of the orange star CO’s would make cool Smash characters, Sami being essentially Snake would be cool)

  2. I would kill (sarcasm) for Advance Wars Amiibo but would end up dying for a new Advance Wars game. Come on Intelligent Systems, bring shine light to a new game.
