Nintendo has announced today that the Flipnote Studio 3D service for the Nintendo 3DS will sadly be coming to a close. The company didn’t specify a reason, but presumably lower than expected users for the application was the conclusion. Flipnote Studio 3D for Nintendo 3DS will be terminated on April 2nd 2018.

There were no online features, so The app was essentially useless because Nintendo is too lazy to incorporate simple moderation.
