A new BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle update has been announced, along with a new trailer. Arc System Works confirmed that the Version 2.0 expansion pack will arrive on November 21st for $24.99. 9 new fighter will be added, including Yumi (Senran Kagura Estival Versus), Neo Politan (RWBY), Akatsuki (Akatsuki Blitzkampf) and Blitztank (Akatsuki Blitzkampf). There will also be “a brand new scenario, new character interactions and colors”, along with a free “version 2.0 patch” that will be on the way, which will be a “balance adjustment for all users of BBTAG, so you can still play against 2.0 characters without the Ver. 2.0 Expansion Pack”. The game is currently available on Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4 and Steam. Here’s the trailer:
Too bad the game is completely deserted on Swtich & PS4 but it’s nice to see Neo in the game. Hopefully we see some Qrow, Raven or even Cinder in this !
RWBY deserves its own fighting game. Season 2 of the show is basically a fighting game in show form.
