The long-awaited The Outer Worlds is heading to the Nintendo Switch and is sure to fill a gap for those looking for a new Fallout style title for Nintendo’s latest system. While the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC versions are coming later this month, us Switch owners will have to wait a bit longer to get our hands on the game. However, IGN has uploaded the first twenty minutes of the game which gives us all a small taster of what to expect.
When I first saw the image, No Man’s Sky was the first thing to pop into my head.
as long as they don’t show Switch-footage, this really is of no value to me. straight PS4-gen-ports demand a bit more validation on the Switch. Ever since I saw Witcher 3 handling everything quite smoothly, I’m finally interested.
If Outer Worlds manages to do that, I’m all in.
I mean generally that should be possible as it doesn’t look like an unbelievably amazing looking game but you never know. Games like this with a lot of mechanics going on in the background might suck more CPU than others.
