Nintendo announced this morning that the immensely popular Animal Crossing: New Horizons for the Nintendo Switch system has shifted over 13.41 million copies worldwide since it launched in March. These sales noted were made within its first six weeks. It is the Nintendo Switch’s 6th best-selling game if sales of Pokemon Sword & Shield are combined. The top selling game for Nintendo Switch is Mario Kart 8 Deluxe which has sold a massive 24.77 million copies.
Game sold 11.77 million copies, not 13.41 million (that’s the number of Switch systems).
