Pokemon GO March Community Day features Sandshrew and Alolan Sandshrew

Pokemon GO developer Niantic recently announced that the Pokemon GO March Community Day will be taking place on Sunday, 13th March. The featured Pokemon for the latest Community Day will be Sandshrew and Alolan Sandshrew, the Mouse Pokemon, and if players are lucky they might encounter a special Shiny one. As previously stated the event kicks off on 13th March 2022, from 11am to 5pm local time. Here’s the details direct from Pokemon GO live

Sandshrew and Alolan Sandshrew

• Evolve Sandshrew during the event or up to two hours afterward to get a Sandslash that knows the Charged Attack Night Slash.
• Evolve Alolan Sandshrew during the event or up to two hours afterward to get an Alolan Sandslash that knows the Fast Attack Shadow Claw.

Community Day Special Research Story: Gritty and Glacial

• For US$1.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to access the Sandshrew Community Day–exclusive Special Research story, Gritty and Glacial.

Event Bonuses

• 1/4 Egg Hatch Distance when Eggs are placed in an Incubator during the event period.
