Dang I really wanna preorder this but I don’t want to lose all of my Splatoon 2 data (wait can you save it in the cloud data I know all the other data from other switch games can be save) I wonder do you still keep the preloaded game on the console ,(I never did console data transfers before) I might not get the system I’m really after the pro controller and joycons anyway. Also did anybody really think we were getting switch pro when it’s barely been a year for oled launch
You might wanna fact check this, but I’m pretty sure if you do a full system transfer it’ll bring your Splatoon progress over as well
I recently got an OLED model and transfered all of my data from my OG Switch to this new one… Everything is as it was on my previous Switch (this is coming from someone who plays Splatoon pretty much every single day).
Of course, all of the data is not available on my OG Switch.

It means that the data on the old Switch is deleted once it was moved to the new console.
