Movie site Deadline is running an exclusive regarding the unannounced Detective Pikachu 2 film. The site reports that Jonathan Krisel, who is the co-creator behind the US comedy series Portlandia, is currently in negotiations to direct the film and Chris Galletta is behind the movie’s script. Deadline says that Ryan Reynolds, who starred in the first film, will feature in the sequel too, but his part in the movie remains unknown at this precise moment in time. Hopefully all will be revealed soon.
