The Legend of Zelda games are the pinnacle of the adventure games genre and while we have a little bit of a wait on our hands until The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom launches on the Nintendo Switch, Polygon has devised a list of their favourite Zelda-inspired games. And the best thing about the list? The majority of games picked are available via the Nintendo Switch eShop. It is a fairly decent list from Polygon with Tunic and Elden Ring being choice picks. I have added YouTube trailers for the games in the list so you can quickly check them out if you are unfamiliar with any of them. My favorite Zelda inspired game is “Cat Quest” The gameplay is almost identical.
