The latest edition of long-running UK video game magazine EDGE is now available and Issue 385 contains a few high profile reviews this month. The highest scoring game is Nintendo’s The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom which got a perfect 10/10 from EDGE, which is rarity. Other games reviewed this week include Arkane’s Redfall, which only achieved 6/10, and Respawn’s Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, which received 8/10.
Latest EDGE review scores:
- The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom — 10
- Redfall — 6
- Star Wars Jedi: Survivor — 8
- Humanity — 9
- Planet of Lana — 9
- Darkest Dungeon II — 9
- The Last Case of Benedict Fox — 5
- Minecraft Legends — 4
- Horizon: Forbidden West – Burning Shores — 6
- Mr Sun’s Hatbox — 7
- Tron: Identity — 7

Im surprised that Minecraft Legends got a 4, but It’s good seeing Tears of The Kingdom getting a perfect score.
Fix dungeons then maybe its worth an 8. No way a 10 though
What do you mean? I’m hearing mixed things about dungeons
Theyre basically slightly extended versions of divine beasts which were terrible. I also try to stay away from the weapon durability because i personally hate it but i know a lot of people enjoy it so whatever but ya… dungeons still are not dungeons and people who enjoy them has never played through a proper zelda dungeon. Game for me personally 6/10… fix dungeons and there should be at least 8 (not 4): 8/10 weapon durability gone 10/10. It does not make me explore more. It makes me rush the game so i dont have to play anymore
I haven’t even found a dungeon yet and the game is a 10 for me. It’s probably because I never expected them to add dungeons.
Almost every other criticism I had of BOTW has been addressed though and also quite a few things added that I never knew I wanted.
It’s pretty fun.
Im happy people are enjoying it but zelda has always been part dungeon crawler and with that gone its ripped away some of the soul of the game. And what they have just isnt for me.
This is proof that reviews are pointless, because a perfect 10 means that there is nothing wrong with the game, which is a lie. The game is great, but it has a lot of flaws.
I haven’t gotten to a dungeon/”dungeon” yet, & it’s already got my 9/10. It’s so worth the 70 US bucks, too. We got not just The Sky & Hyrule but The Depths, as well. Didn’t know there was a 3rd “world” to it til just yesterday. They made more than enough changes to Hyrule to make it feel new from the previous game, and I haven’t even explored much of it yet. But I expect the locations I haven’t even returned to yet to have enough changes, too. Also found out my horses from BotW carried over so I got my Epona, white horse, & Ganondorf’s breed of horse still. (Yay!) I haven’t explored much of making vehicles, though. I’ll check out some videos of other people’s creations later. I already kind of miss my infinite bombs, though. No more bombing monsters indefinitely when I’m not much for actual fighting. No more infinite bomb mining, too. Or gathering lumber with infinite bombs. Gonna have to use axes & hammers more. I won’t be bothered by it for long, though. I don’t mind the idea of using hammers & axes more.
Anyway, I’ll give it a 10 if there are dungeons, not “dungeons”, when I finally encounter one.
