You may recall that a 5-star Tera Raid featuring Great Tusk and Iron Treads was scheduled to take place in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet this past weekend. Unfortunately, the Tera Raid didn’t go well at all. Numerous players were reporting crashes, and participants would receive a glitch item called “None” after fighting Great Tusk or Iron Treads.
Unsurprisingly, it was announced by the official Japanese Pokemon Twitter account that the Tera Raid was cancelled. English users received the official confirmation half a day later. It is unknown what caused the crashes, but The Pokemon Company has stated that any information regarding a rescheduling will be happening at a later date. There are currently no Tera Raid events scheduled for the coming weekend.

I’ve been playing Tears of the Kingdom without any issues…
Man, you really despise these games huh? It’s all you ever seem to talk about here.
You’re welcome.
Actually, I told a lie. I did have two issues with TOTK. One of the children at the school wasn’t sitting directly on their chair. Also, I reached a dungeon early and couldn’t complete it… but I don’t know if that’s really a bug or just an oversight in design.
Same. GameFreak needs to quit sucking. When your side attraction is better than the main attraction, ya got a problem.
Weird. Been playing Pokémon X just fine without any issues.
The newest thing isn’t always the best thing I guess?
The only issue i’ve experienced with Pokemon Violet was the game hard locks occasionally on the main menu when it says “press A to continue” it doesn’t do anything. Besides that their was a few times i couldn’t control the protagonist and the game was really slow like frame rate drops and i couldn’t open any menu. All i did was Power Cycle and it usually resolves the issue.
The crash was caused by receiving the “None” item after defeating Great Tusks/ Iron Treads.
The raids are set up so the Pokemon drop their materials, but Paradox Mons don’t have materials so you’d get the “None” item. It was a HUGE oversight, and I have no idea how that made it past testing.
