Believe it or not, a few years have already passed since SEGA and Paramount released the first Sonic the Hedgehog film. A second one premiered last year, and a third Sonic movie was announced soon after. Despite the fact that The Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and Writers Guild of America have both gone on strike, it seems that there are still plans to begin filming on August 31.
In fact, there have been some photos of the set that have been leaked via a Facebook group that takes photos of filming going on in the area. It includes some very familiar sights that you may remember from previous Sonic films, as well as a clear shot of Sonic, Tails and Knuckles. You can see the pictures down below.

Thanks to Greatsong1 for the tip!

Given that this movie will be based off my favorite game of All time, my expectations are incredibly high; that being said, I totally expect them to knock it out of the park 😎🤩💯
Sheesh, why can’t they give it a break already? We’re already on our third Sonic film and we still don’t even have the first Mega Man film. Kids these days.
At this point I don’t think Capcom even knows Mega Man exists, let alone kids.
ok boomer
Ok gen Z

Don’t listen to phantom. Don’t get rid of us
Then get rid of sonic.

Genuinely surprised this doesn’t seem to be affected by the ongoing strike like so much else in the film industry and TV industries are.
I can’t wait to see sonic 3 movie
