Nintendo has announced this morning that the Nintendo Switch family of systems have shifted over 129.53 million units worldwide since it launched in March 2017. The Nintendo 3DS has sold 75.94 million units since it released in 2011 and Wii U is at 13.56 million units since it launched in 2012. The Wii has sold 101.63 million units since it launched and the Nintendo DS remains the best-selling Nintendo hardware at 154.02 units sold worldwide.
Still has a ways to match the PS2 or outsell it.
25.5 million right? Seems entirely possible over the next three years so long as there’s a price cut after Switch 2 is released.
If they still sell the Switch along with Switch 2 for 3 years.
How many units has Steam Deck or other Switch competitors sold? Why can’t we get that information? Aren’t they not gaming consoles?
