SEGA Atlus leaker says Sonic Heroes remake is “being considered” and is not a given

Exciting reports emerged last night that SEGA and The Sonic Team are working on remaking Sonic Heroes for modern platforms using Unreal Engine 5. However, according to reliable SEGA Atlus leaker, Midori, the game is only being considered by SEGA, which presumably means it’s been conceptualised, but hasn’t been given the green light just yet. Midori also said the report that the game being released in 2026 or 2027 is incorrect.

  1. Sonic Heroes remake. I mean, if it happens then awesome but I kind of figured that this would happen after the Adventure remake (And maybe the Sonic Adventure 2 remake?) I do hope this will be a good remake. I was never a big Sonic Heroes fan but I can understand the joy people get from this game. And I respect that.
