Today is a busy day for Sonic fans. A new trailer for the next Sonic movie, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, is coming later today. There is also speculation that Sonic X Shadow Generations could be in the Nintendo Partner Direct that is happening an hour later. Not only that, but a Gamescom media embargo for the game has lifted.
The lifting of the Gamescom media embargo is particularly interesting, because it involves a demo of the game that was only available behind closed doors. The closed demo contained Kingdom Valley Act 1 and the Metal Overlord boss. Not only that, but Sonic Stadium has posted 2 videos that showcase the closed demo’s level and boss.
