Nintendo has announced that Metroid Prime 4: Beyond will have a Nintendo Switch 2 version. The game will run in either quality mode (4K 60FPS) or performance mode (1080p 120FPS). A release date for the game has still not been announced.
Metroid Prime 4: Beyond getting a Switch 2 Edition, runs at 4K 60FPS or 1080p 120FPS

If the switch 2 edition only brings that… I’m not very interested…
Have you even watched the direct? It also has the option of the mouse controls as well as the, very welcome, resolution and frame rate buffs. This isn’t an update to an already released game like some of the other Switch 2 editions, so you shouldn’t be expecting extra content. It’s an unreleased game that you have the option of a better version
I forgot to say that the lack of a release date is veeeeerrrrrrrrrry worrying for me….
We’ve known it’s penned in for a 2025 release for almost a year now, and 2025 still has plenty of time left. They left themselves quite a window to make sure development is actually finished.
It doesn’t make any sense..we know that some games are planned for summer 2025, winter2025 or even 2026…now it’s just “2025”, there is no clear release window, nothing! It’s quite worrying coming from a game that has been in development for… 2019 !…
*2017 really
No, development has started from 0 since 2019
You’re obviously someone who looks for things to be worried about but haven’t seen anything that we’ve seen of the game that is at all “worrying” for me. Bizarre that in this day and age people get hung up on release dates.
What’s exactly is your big WORRY here ?
