Mii characters are genderless on Nintendo Switch 2

Those much loved Mii characters are back on the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo has done away with genders. Now when creating a fresh new Mii you are simply asked to Select a Style and there’s a generic male and female model to choose from. Other thing to note is the Miis don’t seem to have had a shiny redesign so they look very similar to how they looked on the Wii, Wii U and Nintendo Switch.

    1. At least they included Mii’s. Nintendo should really find interesting ways to use them. The Wii/Wii U was peak with creative ideas.

      1. You’re right, I agree, for some reason I feel when people mention gender they are fuelling the discussion, but in fact they are not. The extremists are the problem, not Nintendo nor the journalists.

  1. Licker, its Quicker

What’s the dinosaur called with 500 teeth?
    (Don’t google it bros!)

    Wrong answers only.

    1. Why do idiots like you always make the same dumb comment about “two genders?” Like, can you read? Where does this article say they’re adding a third gender?

      1. Why do idiots like you always pretend changes like these aren’t made to appease a very small extremist niche group of society? If it’s not an issue, why are you such a champion of it? Why are you so opposed to the concept of male and female?

      2. Here’s the issue Bob, this is always the way it starts, incrementally, then eventually you end up with slop like Dragon Age: Veilguard, a dark fantasy game set in Medieval times with non-binary characters and complete storylines revolving around them, trans characters with the option for top surgery scars and NPCs berating each other for not using the proper pronouns. So yeah, this needs to be nipped in the bud. It’s a cancer that is ruining gaming.

    1. Yeah but THEY BETTER USE THEM RIGHT! I genuinely believe that switch sport would have sold 3 times more if they gave the spotlight to the miis again instead of those generic Xbox live knockoffs wannabes, people including me loves miis. Such charming little fellas filled with personality.

      1. For the sane majority, male and female are “a thing.” For white American teenagers, maybe not but then those same teenagers are largely low IQ and defend worldviews that contradict their own such as Islam so who cares what they think?

  2. Lmao, exactly conservatives you MUST boycott!!! See how Nintendo is going woke??? Time to stand for your value for only the crazy liberals will this, surely!!! /jk

    1. Dudes be boycotting Nintendo for the non binary miis instead of raising the market price for triple A titles🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀

  3. Why do people get so angry about how some other people identify themselves. So weird. Worry about your own lives.

      1. Sex/gender is more than “generic” male and “generic” female, it’s a spectrum. Crossdressing etc, no one gets hurt. However, trying to change one’s gender with bargaric surgery and/or artificial hormones and other usually toxic drugs usually leads to more suffering, sooner or later and sadly, in many cases, ends in suicide (attempts). Many if not most trans people regret, after the initial “honeymoon” phase, at least if we talk about those surgeries. Most don’t go that far, but still quite many do.

We have to protect the children from this ideology, who are very suspecticle to external influence, who might do something drastic and irreversible more or less on a whim, for beloning into a group, “because it’s cool and hip” or because they have been exposed to endocrine disruptors/xenoestrogens.

The MSM does it’s best to hide the sinister motives behind this agenda and to hide and twist the truth about how many regret and other not so pleasant things relating to this.

    1. Why do people get so angry over other people disagreeing with their beliefs? If those beliefs were sound, the people who hold them perhaps wouldn’t get upset. It seems like they’re insecure because inherently they realise their “identities” don’t make sense. That’s why they make all those cringe memes with Sonic saying “you’re valid.” Kinda sad.

  4. No real discussion allowed here. Maybe this is not the place, but still, censorship always sucks. All I wrote was written with benevolent intentions.

  5. I wasn’t happy when that fruit loop Colress wannabe showed up on a secret pokemon island in Galar and I’m also disappointed that this genderless nonsense is showing up in a mii creator program. Blackrock and rothschild are ruining entertainment in the west. Japan, South Korea and China are vulnerable to the esg menace as well.
