One of the key selling points of Donkey Kong Bananza is its large scale destructible environments, but that does come with a slight caveat as the game’s performance isn’t perfect. Nintendo says it is aware of this in a new interview, but the focus was providing players with as much fun in the many varied environments as possible. Our review of Donkey Kong Bananza is coming very soon.
Although in general the game moves smoothly, playing the final version I have noticed that there are certain drops of frames at certain times and levels. Are you aware of it?
Takahashi: Several factors must be taken into account. First of all, we have intentionally used effects such as hit stop or slow motion to emphasize the impacts. On the other hand, when using voxel technology there are times when there are great changes and destruction in the scenario. We are aware that at this time performance may drop a little. However, as you say, in general the game can be enjoyed fluidly, and at the points where large-scale changes occur, we have given priority to fun and gameplay.

This site should be called My Nintendo Smear Campaign.
I never see a positive piece of news on here.
The vast majority of negative news I see is conjecture, assumption and downright fabrication at times.
Nintendo has a weird obsession with cheaply ripping people off. Switch 2 should have Dolby, twitch integration, a ton of games that won’t work on it, an oled screen, and maybe even extra cartridge slots on the console. I would buy the Switch 2 if they would wake up and allow people to use their surround speakers by doing their duty and paying Dolby dirt cheap money like EVERY SINGLE other company does.
OLED with 120hz and VRR at this size doesn’t even exist yet. The tech is nowhere near consumer-level ready! Not even the top end Asus Rog Ally Xbox X has it
@Sarah I’m looking at the front page which is 20+ posts and I see no negative posts.
You must be getting the posts mixed up with the comments. That’s where the negativity really lies.
