The beloved The World Ends With You franchise has celebrated its eighteenth birthday, which is hard to believe. The series first launched in Japan on 27th July, 2007, but didn’t arrive in North America until April 2008. The World Ends With You was a breath of fresh air for JRPG enthusiasts when it launched. To celebrate the series 18th birthday, game artist Gen Kobayashi released a fresh new illustration to celebrate.
