SwitchForce claims the Nintendo Direct he’s been teasing is the “big one”

It seems as though we will be getting a Nintendo Direct presentation in September, which follows previous years. SwitchForce who leaked that the Nintendo Direct will be held on Friday, 12th September says it will be a “big one.” This hopefully means that we should hear what’s in store for Mario’s 40th anniversary and any software which will follow from that. It’s unusual to have a Nintendo Direct on a Friday, but we are all for it.

    1. Best mentality to have. Honestly Nintendo needs to deliver they really haven’t gone too crazy yet. Metroid Prime 4 is a must show. Not sure what else I guess Duskbloods for next year but that’s all I can think of for now.

      1. Metroid will be subpar in just about every way compared to other modern shooters. Nintendo fans really need to up their standards.

  1. A Direct focused on Mario’s 40th anniversary… maybe a new commemorative collection, followed by a spin-off, and finally, a new 3D title.

I’m happy, but I’d like a broader event with several third-party games and some first-party titles.

  2. Metroid Prime 4 and Watari finally shown? Not sure what else could be there it would be 3rd party stuff maybe Castlevania finally though Konami teased another digital showcase for this year and I guess Power Stone remake could be here. Sonic Heroes remake has been rumored for a while maybe that finally shows up? Jet Set Radio? Maybe a port of Bleach Rebirth Of Souls.
