Panic Button reveals it helped out on Nintendo Switch 2 game upgrades

Acclaimed porting studio Panic Button has revealed that it was approached by Nintendo to help improve some of its original Nintendo Switch software for the Nintendo Switch 2. The Nintendo Switch games which were New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario 3D World and ARMS all received upgrades to their resolution and framerate when played on the newer system.

Seems that panic button understands nintendo hardaware after all these years of solid ports, even “impossible” in some cases, those guys should be bought by Nintendo, and help them ise newer technology and sofware as they themselves have admitted to had challenges embracing the HD ( and post-HD) era of gaming.

  2. Aside from apex (which to be fair, was an almost impossible feat to fit that game on the og switch) Panic button is really talented when it comes to optimize games on Nintendo’s hardware
