The long-awaited Splatoon Raiders has gotten off to a good start in the Land of the Rising Sun shifting a more-than-healthy 474,684 physical copies. The Nintendo Switch 2 was the best-selling hardware this week selling 50,168 units, followed by the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition with 8,512 units sold.

Well, this only covers Japan. But, glad to see it is doing so well. Personally, I like this version with no multiplayer Turf War or Ranked online. I felt the campaign was pretty short. I also got lost in the moment of playing non stop once the game went live for me on launch night. Overall, not too bad on a different variation or spin off of Splatoon series.
