Although we knew it was arriving sometime in April, Xseed Games today shared an exact release date of when the Wii-exclusive Pandora’s Tower will hit store shelves in North America. The publisher has confirmed that the action role-playing game will be released on April 16th. In Pandora’s Tower, players assume the role of a warrior trying to save a woman named Elena from a dreadful curse, by fetching the flesh of beasts for Elena to swallow. No, Wii. The Wii U is backwards compatible with these type of games though.
Got this and every other Wii game around the world once I hacked my Wii. Shit, wait around for a year for it to come out, no thanks.
If you enjoyed it you should still pick up a copy so games similar to it will more likely have a western release from the beginning! :)

Might have considered it if I wasn’t addicted to Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (never played a prior game in the series). Wwwwayyy too many games to play on Wii U and 3DS.

Xseed, what are you doing? You’re releasing this on the same day as Atlus publishes Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers (April 16), and you’re releasing Rune Factory 4 on the same day as Shin Megami Tensei IV (July 16)!
I don’t mind, really, since April 16th is my birthday and I get birthday money then, but… wow. Timing your releases alongside Atlus’s most popular gaming franchise? What is your marketing team up to?
Well, clearly rather than paying big bucks on marketing campaigns, they release alongside other popular JRPGs and have Gamestop do the marketing for them. “Hey, if you like that new game you’ll probably love this other one that just came out”
hopefully this isnt like how the last story was and isnt in stores when it was supposed to be

This game seems ok compared to xenoblade and the last story, but I’m sure it’ll still be good to have here in the states.
I have had ths game preordered for a while now can’t wait it will be a nice little break from monster hunter for a bit.
I thought this was confirmed ages ago? When I preordered my copy, it said it’d release on 4/16, so…
That date was just speculation. They said they were aiming for mid April, so they guessed the biggest mid April release day. Good call by the looks of it
