    1. People probably do, but from what I’ve heard, absolutely do not get the PS4 remaster for the game. I’ve heard it’s riddled with all sorts of issues that weren’t prevalent in the original.

      1. Yeah, I actually love the Banjo games but for some reason I’m still not excited about YL. It probably has more to do with me not knowing much about it, and seeing all these kickstarter games get delayed for years before the finally come out.

          1. Oh I don’t dislike it, just not really excited over it right now. I’ll most definitely pick up Unravel, Scalebound, Uncharted 4, FE Fates, and a few others on the list, but I’m not giddy over them. Zelda U on the other hand has me flipping tables everyday. (That sort of excitement) lol I’ll probably end up picking up YL when it releases though.

    1. You’re not interested in Horizon: Zero Dawn, No Man’s Sky, Uncharted 4, or Persona 5? Those are my three most anticipated games for next year. Unless FFXV comes out next year, I’ll have to add that to the list. Along with a few others like Hitman, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, and Street Fighter V.

      1. Horizon looks OK but no, I’ve never like Gorilla Games, so I have little hope in that IP. I was excited about NMS back in 2013, I have since lost all interest. Uncharted 4 is going to be good, but its more Uncharted so its more of the same (which isn’t bad) but its hard to get excited over that. As for persona I don’t care much for the Personal series so nope. FF15 is something I am anxiously waiting for, along with Cuphead, The Last Guardian and Zelda U. Not much has caught my attention to that degree so far. (I made a complete 180 with FF7 once I found out how it was beign handle and by who. If SE cares so little enough to give it to an outside developer then I don’t care for it at all.)

          1. lol I must be getting old man. Oh well, as long as these game are enjoyed that should be all that matters. When you do pick up those game let me know how wrong I am about them and that I should play them lol I most likely will though.

          2. Word. WAY too many new games and gaming tech coming out next year. I will not be able to keep up. I could barely keep up this year and this year was nothing in comparison to what 2016 will be.

    1. I’m just sayin… An XB1 is pretty much a computer. It runs Windows 10 and you don’t have to upgrade it for a very long time. Gold-member games are free or cheap as hell, and well, it’s usually cheaper than buying a Tower. (not by much) and the Games funnel to your specs, instead of you tweaking to their specs.

And now I’ve offended the Master-Racists!

      1. I think No man’s sky is pc/ps4 only though, if xbone could run the game I doubt it would change my want for the system. There’s just not enough going for it to push me to get one. I want to get a computer because I NEED one, World of warcraft, CONTINUUM, and I need to start up itunes again for a ipod I was gifted. It’s so hard to choose between lappys or desktops.

        😲

      2. The reason I chose the PS4 is because of JRPG’s and other games like Dragon Quest Heroes and Tales of Zestiria. I’ve never really been much of an Xbox fan but Rare Replay and The Master Chief Collection do look tempting.

      1. That’s not what I’ve read from several sites. The creators talking about the game say that more than anything due to the scale of the game it would be unlikely, but not impossible to make contact with other players. At least that’s what I take from the PC version. If that changes or was never part if the game then people have been dupped and would really turn me off from the game. Kind of. Now I gotta read more into it.

  1. Out of this list, here’s what’s got me excited:

    – Fire Emblem Fates
    – Horizon
    – The Last Guardian
    – No Man’s Sky
    – Scalebound
    – Uncharted 4
    – Unravel
    – The Witness
    – Yooka-Laylee
    – Zelda*

The indie titles for PC are definitely ones I’ll look into, now that this list has brought them to my attention.

    * I’m expecting a November 2016 release. In the event of an NX launch, it would go one of two ways:
A.) It’s repurposed into an NX launch title and launched exclusively for it.
B.) It’s still a Wii U-release, but playing that copy on the NX unlocks additional features (more dungeons/sidequests/a new item).

As for anyone suggesting an option C where it’s released for 2 systems like Twilight Princess, remember this: That game got released on 2 systems because the Wii’s very different new control scheme inspired EAD Group 3 to develop a separate version of the game around it. “It’s a strong launch title” and “the Gamecube is dying” were probably further motivation when this was in development, but the Wiimote/Nunchuck scheme was definitely the reason for that version’s creation. Since I very much doubt the NX will have such a drastic control shift this time around, I don’t suspect we’ll be getting a dual release either.

    1. One non-list item I’d like to add: Star Fox Zero. I’m mainly looking forward to it as a birthday gift (April 28th).

    1. OH RIGHT! I’m adding Star Fox to mine. I might have a bias, though, as that’s right around my birthday (April 28th).

    1. Yep. All those sound fun. I can’t support all platforms, so I hope most come out for the WiiU and XB1. God I hope those two consoles don’t kill themselves and destroy my living room while I’m at work. D;

        1. Well, I don’t have tons of time to throw at gaming, so I’ll start by saying that. (Work, Dogs, etc)
My character is at level 22. I just started pushing deep into Oblivion. I’m out-gunned, but I love sneaking around on the rocks all Splinter-Cell like. ;D

I REALLY want to figure out how to play with other people on Squad missions, but I haven’t taken the time to figure it out. Like the person from this site who wrote that GREAT review. (that everyone bitched at) – I strongly agree with their observation that there is a lack of documentation, making somethings somewhat frustrating! Like Scout Missions! How the fuck do I recruit? How do I join? Gawhh. Anyway. I’m still having a blast. :]

          1. OK that is good my character is level 31 and gwin is level 29 and doug is level 29 and yelv is level 24 or 25 these are the people who are currently on my time and elma and links are level 30 already and H.B. is level 20 plus and the same for irina who is my favorite character just based on her abilities and I will level the characters who aren’t level 30 soon and I am still the stock class I haven’t switched to another class and I did the same when I was level 20 I found a place with level 40 and 50 enemies and I snuck around for a bit and I found many new places and found a continent that starts with an s I forgot the name and I will explore there later and before that place a small island of level 30 plus mechs, robots, and humanoid aliens and I’m in oblivion I think that is how you say it so yelv wanted to do a mission right after you do his missions and I will explore first and then do his mission and he also has another side mission but I’m mainly exploring and grinding now

          2. Nintendo Tetrarch Quadramus-NX

            >>>You go to the holocomputer in the barracks inner part and you can host a game there>>>

            >>>Sometimes other hosted games will be notified via the upper left window>>>

            >>>I’m soon 100% on all missions but I need the Ares Skell to finish it>>>

              1. Nintendo Tetrarch Quadramus-NX

                >>>I’ve played everyday since launch trying to finish it before the otherwordly mission begins anew>>>

                >>>I finally got the Ares Skell yesterday>>>

                  1. Nintendo Tetrarch Quadramus-NX

                    >>>My favourite weapon last year and the Ares kills most tyrants in 2 hits however, there are some that still almost impossible to beat with my current gear on it>>>

    2. I find the lack of Zelda Wii U on that list disturbing. Joking aside, really looking forward to Star Fox, TP HD, Pokken, FE:Fates, and that’s about it. All those games on the list are solid choices though.

    3. The saddest part is the lack of Nintendo games. But honestly, other than Zelda, what Nintendo games are coming? There is an unusual lack of knowledge on upcoming Nintendo games. Zelda is it.. Maybe Pikmin 4, but that’s just rumor….

Zelda is my most anticipated game of pretty much all time…..But still, one game is not enough from Nintendo. I know they want to be secretive, but it’s about damn time they start announcing some upcoming games. For their own sake. I’m not sure If they can hold out all the way until E3. If they do, there will be soooo much pressure on them to deliver. They don’t need that kind of pressure. Start announcing games Nintendo.

    4. interesting, there are more games for Mac and linux than Wii U. the number of release on Ouya even match the wii U. Either 2016 for wii U will be the same as 2015 or the guardian is not interested in the wii U or they don’t know what will be release in 2016 (so do I). it’s time nintendo take the resolution to give to they customer some Wii U line up for 2016 and 2017. especially to show they not going to ditch the wii U for the NX. And even if the NX is out it will be really stupid not to support the Wii U for a while like sony does for PS3 and PS4.

    6. the only thing that keeps me going is Zelda U, even though I bought a PS4 for Uncharted, Last Guardian and others.
