A monolithic sight has greeted curious revellers out on the murky streets of London in the guise of a rather fancy and prolific looking Wii demo unit.
The stylishly themed demonstration pod consists primarily of a rather attractive white Samsung HDTV, a standardized white Wii unit, two Wii remotes, and a course a copy of the infamously brilliant Wii Sports.
There’s no doubt that this kind of promotional activity will help raise Wii brand awareness, and will encourage those previously doubtful of the Wii’s wondrous capability’s to discover just how much fun playing the system really is.
I think it’ll work. Especially somewhere that’s constantly busy like Leiceter square (I know I’ve spelt that wrong, I always do!) The problem is that those who see it and wanna buy it, will have a tough. time finding one.
Ha they certainly will. It’s good to see they’re still circulating in trickles though as we received 39 units yesterday at work, which subsequently went in around an hour.
Damn! Good for Nintendo, bad for those crying because they can’t get one.
I wonder how long people would have to wait to play this – so lucky, though! I just drool over it when I pass it in BestBuy, Target, etc.
