A few dedicated hackers have managed to unearth Diancie through Mystery Gift on Pokemon X & Y. Nintendo announced the mythical Pokemon last month and we are now waiting for Nintendo to begin distribution. Footage from the hack has been uploaded to Youtube and also shows off signature move Diamond Storm amongst others.

Worst design or Gen I, probably exeggcute idk. Worst design or Gen IV, probably probopass. Look at the difference in quality. Another difference between the Gens is that if exeggcute had been a Gen IV pokemon who would of literally been a cartoon of eggs with a face.
Ok. For the sake of the argument, let’s say that Gen 2 is actually Gen 1 and Gen 3 is Gen 2, and so on, until you have what Gen 1 would be Gen 6. In “Gen 6”, you have a pile of slop with eyes, a fart with eyes, a alien looking legendary with a penis tail, a mouse that is overused, and a letter with an eye on it.

There are always going to be people who like even the cruddiest, Luvdisc-iest, piece of crap, but one person saying ‘but I like X Pokemon’ hardly contradicts my point. I’m confident that the majority of people you ask will think Magneton or Muk or Jynx is pretty sub par, and either silly or boring in design.
And even if you disagree on that point, it’s still not really relevant. I just gave some examples of how Gen 1 isn’t infallible as many people assert. You might be adamant that Magneton is amazing, and have emperical evidence to support that view, but my point that there are plenty of sub-par Pokemon in Gen 1 still stands. There’s still Weezing, Hypno, Tangella, Jynx, Seaking, and a range of others.
Even Gen 2 has Dunsparce, Corsola, Shuckle, etc etc. And again, there will be individuals who might like one of those Pokemon, but my point remains that there are plenty of bad Pokemon in Gen 2.
The 6 generations, roughly speaking, have similar ratios of good and bad. People are obviously going to have their favourite gens, which is fine, but there’s no rational basis beyond nostalgia to say any one is 1000x time greater than the others or to say things like ‘it dies completely after gen 2’ as a lot of people do.
All of the pokemon from Gen I look either good or at least decent. All that you have proven is that you have terrible taste, I can’t imagine what kind of girls you find attractive. Probably serena williams.

Why do appearances of Pokemon matter? In gen 1, Psychic type reigned supreme with its only weakness being ghost and the only ghost-types around being ghost-poison, and having any one type too high is a bad thing. Gen 1 is the worst gen, but it’s the first, so it cuts a break. Every gen brings a major improvement, deal with it. Gen II brought a great typing system that was recently revived along with breeding. Gen III brought the Battle Frontier, by far the best postgame feature of any Pokemon game. Gen IV brought online play and flat battles to the table (if you include HG/SS.) Gen V brought reuseable

Sceptile does not look like a raptor. Torchic looks cool but as it evolves it starts to look like a digimon. Then there’s mudkip, quite possibly the dumbest pokemon out of all the ones currently in existence.

voltorb is supposed to look like a pokeball. It’s not that they didn’t have ideas, it’s more that they were using an established monster in rpgs. Geodude is a rock but he doesn’t look stupid like other gen pokemon. If he had been a gen 3 pokemon or up he would of literally been a rock with 2 eyes and his name would of been something stupid, like rocky. Haha I was the one who said that about Voltorb in the comment above =D But the fact that Volorb does have a point behind it doesn’t make the design interesting or inspired. Look at Amoongus in Gen 5. They wanted to do a similar Mimic-esque Pokemon, but they made the design interesting and (I think) cool.
As far as Geodude goes… it does have stupid name. One of THE most stupid names in Pokemon. It’s a dude who’s made of geology… just… awful. I can imagine the thinking behind it – “well we can’t call it Rock Boy because that’s obvious and dumb. How about… Geo… um… Dude…?”. Man, it’s dismal. But of course because it’s gen 1 and it calls up emotions associated with childhood etc etc it must be perfect and infallible and so the name sooooo clever.

Titanfall will literally sell thousands of Xbox 1. People get Playstation because of the name and packaging and the CD/DVD/Bluray and they get a lot of cool JRPG’s. Here’s my problem, price. Modern gaming of Sony and Microsoft make systems and games cost too much. It was better when new consoles cost $250 and went down year after year, the Xbox 360 still isn’t $100 yet and it’s really old. Both Live and PSN cost $50-60. New games cost $60. Software sales are down 50% since games cost $60, think about that. Sick of DLC. Sick of waiting for updates to broken games that are new, sick of downloading for hours. I am a retro gamer, I like the virtual console and I plug in my Nintendo, Super NES, N64, Sega, etc and the Gameboy Advance and DS, and 3DS, they are cool. They don’t cost $400-500, games are cheap, no DLC, no updates, no waiting. There are lots of old games I never played. On top of that, they don’t disappear, someday Call of Duty will not be playable, same with Titanfall, they will turn off the servers in 5-7 years and that is that, no Titanfall. Being a early adopter to new systems sucks nowadays. You pay more, they make these bundles later with more games, the system needs updates to work, there are no games when they launch, etc. I should have waited to get Wii U, now they have bundles, Windwaker bundle, Mario bundle, and it’s $50 less, totally pissed. Sony has sold so much assests it’s crazy, Sony laid off Santa Monica and cancelled games, probably God of War. If you ask me they should have laid off Guerilla games, kill zone sucks. Sony sold all there HQ, Nintendo just built a new HQ, Nintendo is hiring new developers. They should just buy Capcom, Square and Konami. Or buy exclusive games but I think that is a scam, they just port it over after a year. Sony is in trouble, movie, music and electronics are losing money. The PS4 looks to be posed to be major success but if Nintendo and Xbox get their shit together Playstation could lose market share still. Xbox just needs Halo, more spartan ops and campaign and go back to pre Halo 4 multiplayer, and make awesome Halo TV episodes. Nintendo has to make multiplayer that works like online cooperative Super Mario, Mario Kart 8 and SSBU. And a Skylanders type game with Nintendo characters. I really like the Wii U pro controller, they should put it in every Wii U box and give everyone the option to use pro controller.

So disappointing… I expected better from pokemon fans… And either way all of the pokemon look like shit in 1st gen because the graphics were not too good. All graphics remained terrible until gen 6, when they made it 3d, making it look even worse.
