Nintendo of America has confirmed that there will be a Miiverse based stage in Super Smash Bros Wii U. You’ll see real life messages from users while you’re fighting on this particular stage. Super Smash Bros Wii U will also feature eight player battles.

In Wii Sports Club, custom messages sent to Miiverse have to approved By an admin before showing up in-game. I think this might be the same.
