Nintendo of America has confirmed via its official website that the lovely Kirby and the Rainbow Curse will retail for $39.99. The game is a budget priced release, which will no doubt please many. 1. Woah. That is extremely low. How dare you say such a thing about the daughter of a legend. You should be ashamed. You derserve to rot in a hole and die a slow and painful death. There is an extremely special place in hell for you. As the devils punching bag. Go get a life you dumb piece of crap…

  1. Now I think I may buy this. Wasn’t convinced it was worth $60 tbh but looks like it may be fun. The collectables shown in the Direct looked interesting.

  2. All Europe is getting before Splatoon is Mario Party 10. That’s just a joke. They better have another direct with an early release date for Yoshi’s Wooly World.

    1. Yoshi isn’t, and Wooly world looks to be more of Yoshi Island entry other then that crap on 3ds. Who cares how much it cost to buy and make a game, if they are fun, and consumer is happy, then there is no issue

      1. Correct! But a game needs replayability, and that takes patients, just dont think those franchises get enough time*

  3. That’s a much better price and add the Toys R Us deal you’re paying only $30 for a really good game. You know Nintendo has enough staff, it wouldn’t hurt them to have a set of teams/dept that just makes little games like these. I’m sure this didn’t cost too much or take too much time to make (outside of graphics.) Even if they’re new IPs or old IPs (Ice Climbers), just have teams play around with unique ideas (HW for example) and make AAA quality eshop only titles. Not only would they be reviving old IPs but relieving the game drought as well.

  4. Good I can’t wait to get this game. I think I’ll pre-order from Toys R Us since they offer a free Kirby amiibo. And I don’t have that amiibo yet.

  5. well then I think I’ll call best buy and find out if they’re lowering their price or not. I might be pre ordering from toys r us

  7. $40 will definitely sell it better than $60, especially since it’s basically a game you have to play on the GamePad. It’s kind of just like the DS game, Canvas Curse. I was gonna wait til it dropped if it was $60.

  8. I am certainly getting this. I enjoyed Kirby’d Return To Dreamland and the concept with kirby being the ball you guide with the stylus already offers a challenge in of itself.

As a completionist, I’ll be damned to let a single collectable get by me! @.@
