If you wanted to pre-order the Red New Nintendo 3DS XL from GameStop it seems you’re out of luck as the console is sold out at the retailer. You might be able to pre-order it at your local store, but it’s totally sold out on the GameStop website. You can still get the standard black version which is available though.

Though I must admit, I did have slight interest when I heard about the Majora’s Mask new 3DS XL. Until it sold out WAY too fast (like always). Then I went back to not caring.
The second thumbstick is worth it for me. As someone who would never buy Monster Hunter 4 unless I had the ability to move the camera properly. Also I never got the chance to play Xenoblade Chronicles so I’m looking forward to that in April.
Faster Loading times, better 3D, more controll options, better to take pictures. Done.
If there’s no improvements in Mii creation and more Street Pass games, I don’t care about the new 3DS. I’m sick of giving Nintendo all of my money for things that don’t satisfy me.

Lucky for them. They also get the standard sized New 3DS right? I live in the US and so far we haven’t had any mention of the one with the faceplates coming out or the blue XL which kinda sucks for me since blue is my favorite color.
I agree on the need of more colors for the New 3DS, basic red and black are sad choices I feel.

I didn’t think this was going to be so popular. I suppose if you’re an extreme gamer the c stick is revolutionary. Many people don’t even bother with 3D so I don’t see people buying it for enhanced 3D capability, and as of right now only Xenoblade is an exclusive title. It doesn’t matter I suppose, more money for Nintendo is always good.
People don’t bother with 3D because its hard to find a constant sweet spot. This fixes that and it makes me consider getting one
What Oscar said. Of course not many people will bother with 3D if they have to sit a certain way in order to utilize it. The New 3DS fixes this problem so it makes the 3DS name mean something now.

I don’t think anybody should be preordering a new 3ds until Nintendo reverses its decision not to include an AC adapter with the handheld. Yet there’ll be people out there disagreeing with me.
Not going to happen. Plus, adapter is $11 from Amazon. Consider the New 3DS XL $210. Annoying, yes, but really no big deal.

They’ll just have to get over it. If other countries that have to do this can handle it, so can we.
Especially since other countries have had to go out & buy an adapter separately for months, even years. So in a way, some of us in the US are acting pretty spoiled about Nintendo’s decision to forego the adapter in the box.

I got the chance to try this out at best buy. That new 3ds is awesome. The c stick is kinda stiff though. The 3D works very good. That camera really does follow your motions. Speed I didnt get the chance to check it out. As it was just a smash bros demo.
I feel that the stiffness of the c stick would probably get better after enough use
Preordered the Red New 3DS XL (this is a good change after having blue 3DS for years). Personally, I think it looks better than the MM Gold version. I like the MH version the best, but I have an enormous backlog of lengthy games, and I just can’t play a 100 hour game this year. Also, the Black New 3DS XL looks good…it’s not really black. It is charcoal.
A) you should mention which region your talking about when you make these posts, and B) no they aren’t. I don’t know where this came from but I just called my local gamestop and they have about 22 pre-orders left for red new-3ds. Another reason why you should include region, because I’m not even sure if your wrong or not yet.
