Theatrhythm Dragon Quest has just been released in Japan on the Nintendo 3DS and YouTuber NintenDaan has managed to get his hands on a copy. It’s a lengthy video, but if you’re a fan of the Theatrhythm series I’m sure you’ll be more than happy to sit through it. We’ve yet to get a release date, or confirmation as to whether this is coming to the west, but I sure hope it is. You may remember that Square Enix CEO Yosuke Matsuda said he aware of the demand for Dragon Quest titles in the west, so let’s cross our fingers.

Nice! I’d like to play this game but I don’t want to since I haven’t played a Dragon Quest game ever. I feel it would be a better experience if I played some of the games first before playing this one
Try Dragon Quest VIII! It may be a little dated by today’s standards, but it’s one of the best RPG games I’ve ever played. It also features an amazing, fully-orchestrated soundtrack.
Yeah I watched a Let’s Play on it (didnt watch the whole thing only the beginning) and I like it! looks really fun
My best friend got me started on DQIX, and it was AMAZING! I have over 800 hours on that game!
