Splatoon owners in Japan will so be entitled to a free costume that it based on Ika Musume (Squid Girl) manga. The awesome new costume will be made available for Japanese Splatoon owners in August. Sadly nothing has been announced regarding its availability in the west, but it would be neat if it did arrive here.

It would be hard to not bring it to the US, considering the online is international and we would have to be able to see Japanese players wear the costume so the data for the costume itself has to be patched in.
