      1. Well, with the other amiibo you can train them, which I’m not that sure, but it isn’t possible with the regular characters in the rosters. The Mii’s on the other hand are customizable (and trainable if I’m not mistaken) that’s why I was wondering if these are actually needed.

        1. All amiibos that are characters in Smash are trainable within the game, and all are customizable as well; Miis can be customized like any other Mii Fighter, with costumes, hats and a specific Mii, while all other amiibos can be customized using the colour variations within the game. All can be levelled up to increase in difficulty and adaptation to gameplay, and none are required whatsoever for the game, as the only benefit is a more challenging CPU to fight against. What Amiibos bring into their games is pretty minimal, and by no means required at all.

  1. Isn’t that retro Mario? Not modern? Or is it because the colors are modern? Even though it’s still 16-bit. I don’t get it. Eh. I’m not into the amiibo craze anyway. Just curious.

      1. They have them and they’re selling them with the system. It’s not confirmed when they’re releasing individually.

But these are Japanese versions, so who knows what’s going down over there.

  3. Am I the only that can’t wrap their head around these type of videos. Unboxing, watching someone Unboxing somwthing. Is everyone that bored to watch another person Unboxing somwthing.

I dont get it, but maybe it’s me.

    1. Yeah it is stupid as fuck. The people watching are living vicariously through the unboxer, and he unboxers are egotistical fucks that get a high by knowing people are watching them own something rare and desirable.

  4. ok i know where you get a modern mario figure but i don’t know where can you get a mii fighters amiibo but i don’t know where can you get those mii fighters it might be own at 2 or 1 store :/

  5. How can anyone get their hands on amiibos that haven’t even been released or open for preorders yet?

Does anyone else remember (I forget where I heard it), Nintendo once stated that they were considering allowing gamers to have custom amiibos made of their own personal Mii’s? I relied heavily on those words, and on that idea. This could have been their perfect chance. But NOOOOOOOOO! They release generic Mii amiibo’s instead. I give up hoping for ANYTHING super cool from Nintendo. *sigh*
