Despite gamers reservations about the games, the Sonic Boom television series has been a success worldwide. It should come as no surprise then to learn that there’s going to be a second season of the Sonic Boom animation. The news was revealed today via the official distributor for the television show who announced that the second season of Sonic Boom is currently being produced by Sega and OuiDO! Productions. There’s apparently talks of it coming to DVD and presumably Blu Ray too.

I’d say it deserves it. While I wouldn’t call it a favorite, the TV show is surprising decent if you can put up with the exaggerated personalities.

No. Its because the games SUCK ASS! Nobody is gonna buy another and even the Sonic Dash 2 mobile game thats Boom based sucks worse than the last one; bland visuals/effects, way too fucking easy, no reward system like the previous game and have very few characters, no bosses or challenging challenges.
Im sure it will be good. I feel like people need to give Sonic Boom a second chance when the new games are out. Maybe Sonic Boom had a bad start. Maybe it will all be better
Maybe, but first impressions are still very important, and the first two Boom games made very bad ones.
You KNOW there’s something wrong when the writing for the tv show is better than the game it’s based off of.
I knew the game was going to be garbage before the TV show was even announced. I’m not a sonic fan, and each time I try, it ends up lame. Sonic is dead to me.
I wish we could have another sonic adventure game. I doubt it will ever happen Sonic is just a lost case now
I enjoyed what little I saw of the Sonic Boom cartoon. It was a nice little thing to watch to pass the time in the morning on Cartoon Network when I didn’t feel like doing anything else.
I don’t have high hopes for the next Sonic Boom game, but I do believe it will be better than the last one. Sega swears it has learned it’s lesson. And with the exception of Sonic Boom, it’s not like Sonic games have been total shit as of late; they just don’t meet the standard set by the Mario franchise. Sonic Colors, Generations, and even Lost World are all good, though not great, games.
I like the Sonic Boom TV series. I love the humor.
