If you’re looking to pre-order a Roy amiibo, you can do so now via the GameStop website. Remember, this amiibo is exclusive to GameStop in North America so you won’t be able to pre-order him anywhere else.
The GameStop website seems to be having issues with the Roy amiibo description page at the moment, but if you click here, and select ‘add to cart’ on the right hand side, you’ll be able to pre-order.

$18.89… *sigh* If I didn’t have to worry about stock being utter shit, I wouldn’t have to pay this fucking much & could just wait til the Gamestop closest to me has them in. But there is no guarantee I’ll even get it from preordering from the website since Gamestop has canceled preorders before.
I still haven’t preordered Roy (I should though), but the day Mewtwo released, I was able to go to two Gamestops AND a Best Buy to get one for myself, one for my friend, and another for his older brother, without preordering. I do wonder of the same thing could happen with Roy with there being enough to fill all preorders and still have some for shelves.
I have a feeling Roy will be common. GameStop/EB Games exclusives last a while. Just look at the Retro 3-Pack and Mii Fighter 3-Pack. They’re still in stock!
Well, Mii Fighter pack was Toys R Us here in the States, but you’re right- I’m still finding them 3 months later.
Really? Maybe Nintendo is shipping out more now than they did with the fist waves.. I’m not sure how many quantities they’ll provide for a FE DLC character though.
I feel you… Waiting to get one in person is such a massive pain. Last time I tried that, there where a ton of moms that dragged as many kids as possible along so they could get more than one… Ugh…
I paid that amount too, and I’m right next to a GameStop warehouse -_- oh well, better than having no chance once they all show up on eBay for rediculous prices XD They already have preorders up one eBay for not less than $35 U.S. Dollars >_>
It seems more than just a few are closing around. Makes me think the retro shops are gaining. Something about the power of nostalgia for people on earth right now, I think it’s the feeling of self comfort.

I just made my preorder. I don’t usually preorder amiibo anymore. But when I saw the prices for the Roy amiibo on eBay, I thought I better do it.
Let’s hope preorders for Roy don’t get canceled 1 month & something weeks later because some idiot in charge of preorders at Gamestop fucked up.
My EB Games quit doing Amiibo Pre-Orders like 6 months ago. Almost NO store in Canada does them anymore, they are sick of Nintendo’s shit lol.
I don’t blame them lol… I’m still salty about the limited edition FE Fates set that sold out in… Like… 20 damn minutes >_<
I got mine about 8 hours ago :D Really excited for Roy; my only kinda cool Amiibo is my Dark Pit I luckily found at Best Buy without even trying :p Keeping my eye out for Cloud preorders too!
Too bad they don’t release two versions of amiibo figurines of them in their alternate outfits. I’d definitely go straight for the Advent Children Cloud amiibo.
