The Animal Crossing Nintendo Direct from earlier today revealed that the Welcome Amiibo update would be available in New Leaf with immediate effect. Along with the new update comes the Amiibo functionality, allowing you to use your Amiibo cards and figures to summon characters into your town.
Two of the Amiibo you can use are Wolf Link and Ganondorf, and Nintendo Wire has uploaded some footage showcasing the two in the game. You can check it out below:
Are they ever gonna release Wolf Link amiibo by itself!? Maybe if I wait long enough, Twilight Princess HD will drop in price significantly at my local Wal-Mart where they still have a few of them left with Wolf Link & I don’t have to pay 60 bucks for essentially a 12-13 dollar figurine.
Try ebay? I see one for $14 usd.

Link has technically been able to talk all along, that’s how the people around him are able to carry on conversations. He’s not mute, but from the gameplay perspective, conversations are generalized to make you feel like your thoughts and ideas are being portrayed. Also link talked in the TV shows.
