Details on Ubisoft’s plans for the Nintendo Switch have been surfacing throughout the day, and now two sources have relayed even more news from the company. The first comes from Game Informer, which confirmed that Ubisoft “won’t release as many new IP going forward and will instead focus on growing its existing brands”. The second source, ZhugeEX on Twitter, was able to elaborate more on the latter half of that statement. It turns out that Ubisoft is “focusing on nurturing current franchises by growing them into live titles with new content and growing engagement”.
