IGN Writer Reveals Breath Of The Wild’s Length

There’s no doubt that Breath of the Wild’s map is huge, but that doesn’t always mean a game has a decent length. However, it doesn’t look like the latest Zelda game is light on content. According to an IGN writer, it took her roughly 40 to 50 to reach the end of the game. Certainly a decent length. She also assures completionists that this total is far from what is required to 100% the game. Are you pleased with this news? Tell us below.

  1. I was expecting something like Xenoblade X (72 for me), but with all that side activities and quests, I think it’s good.

  2. I don’t get the obsession with games lasing over 100 hours (outside of JRPGs). I wish I could 100% this game in 40-50 hours; doubling that number for 100% sounds tedious, not fun. I highly doubt sidequests and collectibles will be THAT compelling. The main reason I dislike western RPGs. Eh, oh well; I’ll 100% it either way =/.

  3. How did she do it though? Did she just get what she needed and finished? What % did she get? Did she do any side missions?

  4. King Kalas X3 {Greatness Awaits at Sony PlayStation 4! Hopefully it will also await us at Nintendo Switch if Nintendo doesn't FUCK things up again!} says:

Yay for the story being that long, if that’s why it took that long. *stares at the nice legs for a minute* @.@
