US: Max: The Curse of Brotherhood Coming To Nintendo Switch On December 21st

Xbox One title Max: The Curse of Brotherhood is seeing a release on the Nintendo Switch. The fun but simple adventure will be arriving on the North American eShop on December 21st. The game will be $15. Here’s some details regarding what to expect.

A warm Summer day, Max comes home from school and finds his room in a mess. His little brother Felix is playing with his toys again! In anger, Max turns to his laptop and makes a search: “How to make your brother disappear.”

Max: The Curse of Brotherhood is a cinematic adventure filled with action-packed platforming and creative puzzle-solving. Armed with only a Magic Marker, Max must confront evil at every turn in a hostile and fantastical world in order to save his kid brother, Felix. Fortunately, the Magic Marker has the power to bend the elements and create magic objects that can help Max on his quest. Join Max on the greatest adventure of his life!

  1. I’ll keep an eye on this one. It looks fun, but most reviewers say the dual analog controls make the mechanics frustrating to work with. Maybe motion controls can be worked in for Switch.

    1. Never found an issue with the dual analog controls.

      That being said, this game isnt a must play, its an ok platformer/puzzle game, with a floaty character that only really gets saved by the plant mechanics. If you have extra cash then I say, try it, but if you don’t pick up that many games, then wait until ot goes on sale if you really want to play it.

  2. At least we know games are still being released around this date. Maybe Yooka-Laylee can still make it (right) before Christmas.

    But the Wii U Gamepad or 3DS touch screen would have been ideal for this game.

  3. Can I expect Jareth, the Goblin King, to make an appearance?
