Bayonetta 2 launched on the Nintendo Switch on Friday and shot to number five in the UK charts which we published earlier. However, Eurogamer is reporting that sales of physical versions of Bayonetta 2 on the Nintendo Switch weren’t as high as the Wii U version which launched in 2014. However Chart Track doesn’t count digital sales so it could be higher in that regard.

Because it’s the same game with not so much additional content.
I heard some fans that they weren’t going to buy B2 because they haad already on Wii U.

}{ This game is a straight port, so it isn’t unlikely that people who bought it on their Wii U were a little more hesitant to shell out full price for the same game… }{

Til we get word from Nintendo themselves that add digital sales to the overall sales, this isn’t really saying much.
