Japan: Nintendo Switch Remains Best-Selling Platform This Week

The final Media Create sales charts have been published and if you’ve been following the blog you’ll have read that Media Create is no longer providing Japanese sales data to video game sites. We will still be publishing the Famitsu charts, but they are not quite as reliable as Media Create. This week sees the recently released Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice for the PlayStation 4 debut at number one and the Nintendo Switch continues to be the best-selling system. Check out the latest Japanese sales figures down below:

  1. Don’t need Media Create to figure out the Switch is killing it in Japan, so Famitsu is good enough if you ask me. It’s part handheld, after all, & Japan loves their portables since they are always on the move.
