The latest NPD data has released, which applies to the month of March 2019, and with it comes some good Nintendo-related news. According to NPD analyst Mat Piscatella on Twitter, as of this month’s data, a bunch of third-party publishers have begun sharing digital sales data from games that are digitally available on the Nintendo eShop. However, Nintendo is still not releasing any digital sales data of their own at this time. As for the software sales data that is available, Nintendo is still seeing some success. Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 has officially entered the charts, including a #1 spot for the month of March. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is still Nintendo’s best-selling game as of March 2019, reaching #5. Here is how the games are charting:

Smash staying that high without digital sales is pretty wild. I think it’s the highest up game that wasn’t a new release. Also probably moved a lot of hardware.

nooOOOO! WHY HAS JUMP FORCE SOLD BETTER THAN SMASH ULTIMATE?! uGH!
Jump Force was released in 2019 and Smash wasn’t… Plus it’s multiplatform and Smash isn’t… just pick one of those reasons (or both)
